INGREDIENTS
- 1 1.5 lb Canadian hard-shell lobster
- 2 oz Chardonnay
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 handful basil leaves
- 1 pinch salt
METHOD
- Place all ingredients into bread bag and tie up tight.
- Place bag in microwave and cook on high heat for 6 minutes.
- Remove bag. Open bag carefully to avoid getting a steam burn.
- Break open lobster and enjoy.
