INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups cooked pasta
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red peppers
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 juice and zest lemons
- 8 chopped basil leafs
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 4 tbsp grated parmigiana
- salt and pepper
METHOD
Cook pasta to the bite. Drain and let cool slightly.
Peel broccoli stock and finely as possible slice entire head stock and all. Toss into large bowl with remaining ingredients. Add pasta when still warm but not hot. Toss, season, serve
