These meatballs are the perfect pairing for any pasta dish - PLUS, they contain a special secret ingredient!

Ingredients

lb ground beef
2
slices white bread
1/2
cup milk
1/4
cup white wine
1
cup grated parmigiana
1
shallot, grated
2
cloves garlic, chopped
2
tablespoons olive oil
2
tablespoons chopped parsley
1
heavy pinch kosher salt and pepper
3
cups tomato sauce
Instructions

- Bring tomato sauce to a soft simmer.
- Mix bread and milk together, tear apart and make a paste. Add olive oil, wine and parmigiana.
- Add beef, garlic, shallots and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Now mix it with authority.
- Now do it again. Don’t worry this will make them light and fluffy.
- Mold into 1.5 oz balls and softly poach in tomato sauce for 35 minutes.
- Remove and serve, in a sub, pasta, polenta, garlic bread or all the the above.
