Baked reuben roll

A unique twist on a deli dinner classic.

Ingredients

1
puff pastry sheet, cut into 2" wide strips
1/2 cup
caraway seeds
3/4 cup
thousand island dressing
1 cup
corned beef, roughly chopped
1 cup
Swiss cheese
1/2 cup
sauerkraut, drained
Garnish with
pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375f (190c).
  2. Lay out the strips of puff pastry and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
  3. On each puff pastry, lay 1 tbsp. of thousand island dressing, 1 tbsp. corned beef, 1 tbsp. of cheese and 1 tsp of sauerkraut.
  4. Roll up and place on a parchment lined baking sheet or a greased cast iron skillet.
  5. Bake 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with pickles and extra sauce to dip if you want!
