Baked reuben roll
A unique twist on a deli dinner classic.

Ingredients

puff pastry sheet, cut into 2" wide strips
1/2 cup
caraway seeds
3/4 cup
thousand island dressing
1 cup
corned beef, roughly chopped
1 cup
Swiss cheese
1/2 cup
sauerkraut, drained
Garnish with
pickles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375f (190c).
- Lay out the strips of puff pastry and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
- On each puff pastry, lay 1 tbsp. of thousand island dressing, 1 tbsp. corned beef, 1 tbsp. of cheese and 1 tsp of sauerkraut.
- Roll up and place on a parchment lined baking sheet or a greased cast iron skillet.
- Bake 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with pickles and extra sauce to dip if you want!
