Give your classic macaroni and cheese a healthy twist by adding broccoli!

Ingredients
1 tbsp
butter
1 tbsp
flour
2 cups
milk
1 head
broccoli, pulsed in food processor
3 cups
cooked macaroni
1 cup
shredded white cheddar
1 cup
parmesan
salt and pepper
1/2 cup
bread crumbs
Instructions
- In a sauce pan toast butter and flour, slowly whisk in milk and cook for 5-8 minutes.
- Add broccoli, cooked noodles and 2/3 of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to non-stick baking pan and top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake at 375F for 15 minutes or till golden, serve with a smile.
