INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 head broccoli pulsed in food processor
- 3 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar
- 1 cup parmesan
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
METHOD
- In a sauce pan toast butter and flour, slowly whisk in milk and cook for 5-8 minutes.
- Add broccoli, cooked noodles and 2/3 of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to non-stick baking pan and top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake at 375F for 15 minutes or till golden, serve with a smile.
