Ingredients
1 ½ cups
vanilla Greek yogurt
3
egg yolks
¾ cup
white chocolate
1 cup
pitted cherries
1 tbsp
sugar
1 tbsp
balsamic vinegar

mint leaves
Instructions
- In a pot over medium-low heat, whisk together yogurt and egg yolks. Cook, whisking frequently, until thickened slightly, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat; gradually stir in chocolate and salt (if using) until no lumps remain. Pour into 4 or 6 bowls, cover with plastic wrap and chill until set, about 4 hours.
- In a bowl, combine cherries, sugar, balsamic and mint; let stand for at least 30 minutes.
- Top each custard with cherries and serve.
