Peaches and cream dark chocolate nachos

A delicious cocktail party appetizer to ensure your guests are well-fed.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Lay down a large sheet of parchment paper on counter in service area.
  2. Top with peaches, brie and toasted croissants.
  3. Cut pomegranate in half and have guests bang out the fruit on top. Rip mint, let it rain on top, finally the crispy pancetta.
  4. Drizzle with the dark chocolate and have the party members dig in.
