Special tools: 12 inch pie pan or 12 small short mason jars.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lbs cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup Inniskillin Icewine
- 1/2 cup melted white chocolate
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- pinch pink salt
- 1 vanilla pod
Crust
- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 3 oz. melted butter
- 150 grams sugar
METHOD
- Mix all the crust toppings together place in a non stick cake pan and bake for 8 min at 350 degrees. Remove and let cool.
- In a stand mixer, blend cream cheese, vanilla, ice wine and sugar on medium speed for 6 min or until smooth. Remove from stand and gently fold in white chocolate, salt and whipped topping.
- Place one large tablespoon of crust in bottom or jar and top with cream cheese mixture. Chill for 3 hours then garnish with chocolate, cookie crumble, mint or even a frozen grape!
