Milk chocolate bark with peppermint and salted pretzels

Ingredients

500g
milk chocolate, x2
150g
smashed pretzels
100g
smashed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Place half of the chocolate in a stainless steel bowl and gently melt in a double boiler. Just as it has melted, add remaining chocolate.
  2. Gently melt and pour onto lined baking sheet.
  3. Top with pretzels and smashed candy canes.
  4. Chill for 8 minutes, smash and serve
