INGREDIENTS
- 1 baked cake sliced in two or three
- Softened ice cream
- Chocolate sauce
- Sprinkles
METHOD
- Using plastic wrap, line the inside of the cake pan.
- Place top layer of cake, flat side down into the base of the cake pan. This will be the top of the cake.
- Layer with your choice of ice cream and optional toppings if desired, alternating between cake and ice cream. The last layer should be cake.
- Wrap and freeze for 8 hours, overnight or until needed.
- When unmolding cake, pull plastic wrap gently and ease it out of the pan.
- Flip the cake onto its base and unwrap.
- Top with chocolate, caramel or fruit sauce and toppings as desired.
