Ice Coffee with Baileys Chocolate Ice Cubes

Ingredients
12 oz
espresso, or day old coffee
2 oz
condensed milk
Ice Cubes
8 oz
cold hot chocolate
3 oz
Baileys
Pinch
cinnamon
Pinch
vanilla
garnish
2 tbsp
shaved mint chocolate
Instructions
- Mix all the ice cube ingredients and place in tray freeze for 4 hour
- In a large martini shaker place espresso, condensed milk and shake frozen Bailey's ice cubes
- Portion into a glass and sprinkle with mint chocolate
