Ice Coffee with Baileys Chocolate Ice Cubes with Randy Feltis

Ingredients

12 oz
espresso, or day old coffee
2 oz
condensed milk

Ice Cubes

8 oz
cold hot chocolate
3 oz
Baileys
Pinch
cinnamon
Pinch
vanilla
garnish
2 tbsp
shaved mint chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ice cube ingredients and place in tray freeze for 4 hour
  2. In a large martini shaker place espresso, condensed milk and shake frozen Bailey's ice cubes
  3. Portion into a glass and sprinkle with mint chocolate
  Special tools: Ice cube tray, freeze for 4 hours
