INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz espresso or day old coffee
- 2 oz condensed milk
Ice Cubes
- 8 oz cold hot chocolate
- 3 oz Baileys
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch vanilla
- garnish
- 2 tbsp shaved mint chocolate
METHOD
- Mix all the ice cube ingredients and place in tray freeze for 4 hour
- In a large martini shaker place espresso, condensed milk and shake frozen Bailey’s ice cubes
- Portion into a glass and sprinkle with mint chocolate
