Gluten-free skillet spiced brownie

The introduction of all the warm fragrant earthy spices is a true game-changer!

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat BBQ or oven to 350F. Grease 2 x 6” cast iron pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine flour cocoa powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, all spice, salt, and mix well.
  3. To the dry ingredients add the melted chocolate, melted butter, grapeseed oil, vanilla extract, eggs, almond milk and whisk well.
  4. Pour into cast iron pans and place in center of BBQ or oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, until the center sets.
  5. Remove and allow to cool for several minutes before serving.
