Denise Wild’s ginger snap cookies
This is a traditional recipe that will make the holiday season even more spicy and special.

They’ve got such a great, strong blend of spices. They’re a family fave and not a holiday season passes that we don’t devour multiple batches of them!
Ingredients
3/4 cup
margarine
1 cup
sugar
1
egg
4 tbsp
molasses
2 cups
flour
1/2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
baking powder
2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
cloves
1 tsp
ginger powder
Instructions
- Mix the first four ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix them.
- Roll the dough into 2" balls, then depress them with a fork.
- Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
