Vanilla cookies
Half a 250g pkg
Cream Cheese, Room temperature
1/4 cup
Granulated sugar
1/2 cup
Sour cream
1/4 tsp
Vanilla

Peaches, Peeled & cut into wedges
Instructions
- Place cookies in a zip-lock back and smash into large crumbs using a rolling pin.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar in a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, until smooth and fluffy, 1 to 2 min. Beat in sour cream and vanilla.
- Divide cream cheese mixture among 4 small parfait cups. Top with cookie crumbs. Top with peaches. Cover and chill at least 3 and as much as 12 hours.
