Enjoy this sweet, delicious cinnamon roll made in a slow cooker for breakfast or as a dessert that the whole family will love!

Ingredients
1/2 lb
brioche dough
1/2 cup
brown sugar
2 teaspoons
ground cinnamon
flour, for dusting
splash olive oil
Icing
1/2 cup
cream cheese
1 cup
icing sugar
1 teaspoon
vanilla
2 teaspoons
milk
1 nub
butter
Instructions
- Roll out brioche dough int a large rectangle about a 1:4 inch thick. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar together and spread out over dough.
- Roll up dough to make a large sweet cigar and cut into one inch sections.
- Place parchment into crock pot and a splash of olive oil to protect from sticking.
- Place 1 inch sections down, try not to over crowd. Turn crock pot to warm and proof until doubled in size (20 minutes) then turn to high and cook for 60 min.
- Turn off and let rest for 15 min.
- Mix all icing ingredients together and drizzle on top when rolls come out warm. Enjoy!
