INGREDIENTS
- 2 large avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa nibs
METHOD
- Blend avocados, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, coconut milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate pudding for 30 minutes minimum. Top with cocoa nibs and serve!
