Chocolate avocado mousse
Pastry chef, Adjoa Duncan shares this delicious chocolate avocado mousse that is ready in just a few minutes. Perfect for a yummy and romantic dessert treat.

Ingredients

very ripe avocado
1/4 cup
cocoa
2
ripe banana
1 can
coconut cream
2-4 tbsp
maple syrup, (to taste and desired sweetness)
1/4 tsp
salt
Instructions
- Put avocado, bananas, syrup, salt and cocoa into a food processor and pulse or blend until smooth (or desired consistency).
- Meanwhile, whip up coconut milk until thickened. Pour or scoop the chocolate mixture into a bowl and add about a third of the whipped cream.
- Fold until almost completely homogenous an then add the rest and fold together.
- Top with berries, granola or more cream and chocolate!
