Ingredients

4
cored Granny Smith Apples, & sliced
1 pint
Blueberries
1/2 cup
shredded Coconut
1 tbsp
Icing sugar
1 1/2 cup
quick-cook Oats
2 tbsp
Brown sugar
3 tbsp
melted Butter
1 splash
Vanilla
1 pinch
Cinnamon
1 tbsp
Chia seeds
1 tbsp
Flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Toss your apples and blueberries into a deep fryer
  2. Mix all of the crisp ingredients in a bowl, then spread evenly over the apples and blueberries
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, and serve with ice cream and a splash of maple syrup
