BBQ peach bread pudding with lemon whipped cream

Ingredients
1 16oz
loaf French bread, torn into 1” pieces
2 cups
fresh peaches
½ cup
brown sugar
¼ cup
white sugar
1 tbsp
flour
½ tsp
nutmeg
½ tsp
cinnamon
⅛ tsp
allspice
1 tsp
orange zest
2 tsp
vanilla extract
¾ tsp
kosher salt
Lemon whipped cream
1 cup
whipped cream
1 tsp
lemon zest
½ cup
wild mint
Instructions
- Pre-heat BBQ to 350F. Toss bread and peaches together and add to baking pan.
- In a large bowl combine eggs, sugar, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, all spice, orange zest, vanilla and salt, whisk.
- Pour mixture over bread and peaches and allow to soak for 15 minutes.
- Bake for approximately one hour, until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Fold lemon zest into whipped cream and top bread pudding with cream and mint.
