INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 1/2 tsp raspberry vinegar
METHOD
- In a bowl, stir together honey and vinegar.
- Serve drizzled over fresh or grilled fruit, pancakes, waffles or add to your charcuterie board for drizzling over cheese and crackers.
Tip: This can be prepared with other fruit vinegar (apple cider, strawberry, balsamic) as well as with wine vinegar, lemon or lime juice.
