INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 3 dashes Dillon's Hot Pepper Bitters
- 1 1/4 oz watermelon shrub
- 8 mint leaves (plus some for garnish)
- 1 oz soda water
METHOD
- In a shaker muddle mint.
- Add Gin, watermelon shrub and bitters.
- Shake.
- Then strain into a collins glass filled with ice.
- Add soda water.
- Garnish – mint.
