INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Dillon's Rhubarb Bitters
- 6-10 fresh strawberries
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 oz sparkling water
METHOD
- Muddle strawberries and mint.
- Put ice in a Collins glass.
- Over ice add Vodka and simple syrup.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish – mint leaves & strawberry.
