INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle of your favourite Rosé (you could also use sparkling Rosé as well)
- 1 cup of your favourite Tequila
- 1/3 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/3 cup lime juice (about 3 limes)
- 2 oz. Simple syrup
- 1 cup Mineral water
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruit raspberries, limes, cherries or blackberries
Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
METHOD
Method:
- Combine Rosé, Tequila, Grapefruit and lime juice, simple syrup and mineral water to a large pitcher and mix well. Add fruit and refrigerate for about an hour.
- Serve over ice, with a generous amount of fruit.
Simple Syrup
- Add sugar and water to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir until all the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
