Ingredients

2 oz.
coconut cream, (from the can)
4 oz.
white rum
6 oz.
pineapple juice
1.5 cups
ice
2
young coconuts, hollowed out (optional)
2
maraschino cherries, to garnish (optional)

Instructions

Method
  1. Add coconut cream, white rum, pineapple juice and ice into blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
  2. Take two young coconuts and cut the tops off, drain out all coconut water, fill up coconut with blended drink.
  3. Serve and garnish with fresh pineapple and a cherry and enjoy by the pool!
