INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz. coconut cream (from the can)
- 4 oz. white rum
- 6 oz. pineapple juice
- 1.5 cups ice
- 2 young coconuts hollowed out (optional)
- 2 maraschino cherries to garnish (optional)
METHOD
Method
- Add coconut cream, white rum, pineapple juice and ice into blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
- Take two young coconuts and cut the tops off, drain out all coconut water, fill up coconut with blended drink.
- Serve and garnish with fresh pineapple and a cherry and enjoy by the pool!
