Ingredients
1/2 cup
Montreal steak spice
5oz
Irish whiskey
3oz
dill pickle brine
1 oz
fresh lime juice
1 oz
simple syrup
pickle spear
orange wheel
Instructions
- In a shaker, add the whiskey, pickle brine, lime juice, and simple syrup and shake or stir.
- Wet the rim of the glasses and rub it into the MTL steak spice to create a rim on the glass edge.
- Fill 2 cocktail glasses with ice to the top of the glass. Pour/strain the cocktail into glasses.
- Garnish with a dill pickle spear and orange wheel!
