INGREDIENTS
- 1 ounce Gin
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce 10 year Tawny Port
- Prosecco
- Orange twist and cranberries for garnish
METHOD
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, Campari and port.
- Stir for 10 seconds. Strain cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Top with Prosecco and garnish with an orange twist and a few cranberries. Enjoy!
