Frozen peach bellini

Feel like a bartender when you wow your guests with this simple and delicious mix of frozen fruit and sparkling wine!

3 cups

frozen peach slices

1 cup

peach nectar, or mango nectar

ice

chilled sparkling wine

Combine the peaches and nectar in the blender. Add ice to make a slushy consistency. Blend.
Pour peach mixture into glass half way.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
