Test your bartending skills with this elevated twist on a classic Caesar cocktail!

Renée Sferrazza shows us how to make this drink with a tomato consommé water, that will push you to take your bartending skills to the next level. Don’t let this scare you away, you’ll be rewarded for your hard work with a delicious cocktail!

Ingredients

tomatoes
1/3 stalk
lemongrass
2
celery stalks
2 oz
olive juice
2 oz
pickle juice
1
anchovy
1/2
a lime,, juiced
1
lime,, zested
1/2
a lemon,, juiced
1
lemon,, zested
6 dashes
Tabasco sauce
1/2
green chili pepper
1
garlic clove
1 tsp
salt
A handful
chopped parsley

For the Drink

2 oz
Ren Vodka
Olives, (to garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend “Tomato Water” ingredients in a food processor (leave out the parsley, and the lime and lemon juice).
  2. Place "Tomato Water" mixture into a cheese cloth and let rest for a couple of hours.
  3. Pour 2oz of Ren Vodka into a cocktail shaker.
  4. Add 3oz of tomato water.
  5. Add ice and shake.
  6. Double strain into a martini glass.
  7. Garnish with green olives on a skewer and serve.
