This beer Caesar is a twist on the classic Caesar cocktail made with vodka, but you might not want to go back!
Renée Sferrazza shows us how to make this delicious drink that is refreshing and spicy at the same time!
INGREDIENTS
- 5 oz 50/50 tomato juice and clamato juice
- 2 oz lime juice
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 4 dashes soy sauce
- 4 dashes hot sauce
- Tajin seasoning
- Chili flakes
- Libra Pale Ale
METHOD
- Rim a large rocks glass with Tajin and chili flakes.
- Add ice to the glass and fill with ingredients above.
- Top with Libra Pale Ale.
- Garnish with a large lime wedge.
