Margaritas are a classic summer cocktail that are easily customizable for whatever you’re feeling!

Ingredients

Margarita on the Rocks

2 oz
tequila
1 oz
Grand Marnier
2 oz
fresh lime juice
1-2 tsp
simple syrup or agave syrup, to taste

Blended Margarita

8 oz
tequila
1 cup
fresh lime juice
4 oz
Grand Marnier
2 oz
simple syrup
6 cups
ice
Lime rounds, for garnish
Kosher salt, for rimming

Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita

2 oz
tequila
1 oz
Grand Marnier
2 oz
simple syrup
1
lime,, juiced
4
fresh jalapeño slices, (2 for drink and 2 for garnish)
1 cup/8 oz
pineapple juice
2
pineapple wedges, for garnish
Tajin seasoning, for rimming

Instructions

Margarita on the Rocks
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake it up.
  2. Decant into a rocks glass that has been rimmed with salt (or not salt if you prefer). 
  3. Add fresh ice and garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
  Blended Margarita (Makes 4)
  1. Rim 4 glasses with lime and dip in salt. 
  2. Combine tequila, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup, and ice in a blender. 
  3. Blend until slushy consistency. 
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with lime rounds.
  Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita
  1. Into a shaker, mix simple syrup and 2 jalapeños. Muddle it up with a muddler or the bottom of a spoon if you don’t have one. 
  2. Fill the shaker with ice. Add lime juice, Grand Marnier, tequila, and pineapple juice. Shake it up.
  3. Sprinkle Tajin seasoning on a plate. Swipe the rim of the glass with a lime wedge. Roll the rim of the cocktail glasses in the Tajin.
  4. Add ice to the glass and pour the drink for the shaker into the glass. Top with a slice of fresh jalapeño and a pineapple wedge and enjoy!
