Single serve breakfast sandwich

So you live on your own, and cooking a whole meal for yourself might not be your top pick for breakfast. On weekends, when I have a little more time, I like to break out the sandwich maker and fire up a decadent breakfast sangy- yes, I say sangy when it’s that good. It involves a croissant or an English muffin!

 

Ingredients

1
egg
Sliced tomato
Sliced onion
spinach
Grilled peppers
Hot sauce
Pernnaise dipping sauce (from Nandos)
bacon

Instructions

I often use my sandwich maker but his can easily be recreated using the stove. Start by placing one half of the croissant in the bottom of the sandwich maker. Then cook your egg using the stovetop or sandwich maker like I have. Then put your other ingredients and top half of the croissant together and enjoy!
