INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
METHOD
Preheat your oven to 350F degrees. Grease with coconut oil or line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix until fully combined. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until firm. Enjoy immediately!
