INGREDIENTS
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 thsp of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of chopped smoked salmon
- 1/2 thsp chopped gherkins
- 1 thsp finely choppeed shallots
- 1 thsp of roughly chopped dill
- 1 thsp deep fried capers
METHOD
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut the eggs in half and using a small spoon, remove the yolks from the whites.
- Place the yolks in a bowl with the sour cream, smoked salmon, gherkins, shallots and dill.
- Season with a touch of fine salt and pepper.
- Using a small spoon fill the egg white and garnish with the deep-fried capers and fresh picked dill.
