Quick and easy overnight oats
Make breakfast the night before with this healthy overnight oats recipe from Dr. Joey Shulman!

Ingredients
1/3 cup
steel cut oats
2 tbsp
chia seeds
1 cup
unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp
almond butter
1/4 cup
sliced strawberries
sprinkle of
cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix the oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and vanilla together until well combined.
- Place in a sealed or covered container and place in refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, stir in the almond butter and top with fruit. Serve cold and enjoy!
