Ingredients

cups Frozen mango, chopped

cup Activia Vanilla probiotic yogurt
3
cups Milk
Hemp hearts, Add the next morning

Banana Nut Butter Chia Pudding

tbsp Nut butter

cup Activia Plain Probiotic Yogurt
1
cup Milk
1/2
tsp Cinnamon
1/3
cup Chia seeds

Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Bowl

3/4
cup Activia Plain Probiotic Yogurt 
Granola, sprinkle on top
Toasted coconut, sprinkle on top
Cinnamon, dusting
Fresh apple, chopped & sprinkle on top

Instructions

Mango Smoothie
  1. Toss in 3 cups of frozen chopped mango
  2. A cup of Activia Vanilla probiotic yogurt in the blender 
  3. Add 3 cups of milk
  4. Blend it up and then the next morning right before you drink it add in some hemp hearts
  Banana Nut Butter Chia Pudding
  1. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins and then add fresh banana slices, some blueberries and granola
  2. Take a medium mixing bowl and mash up a banana
  3. Mix in 2 tablespoons of nut butter
  4. 1 cup Activia Plain Probiotic Yogurt
  5. Mix in 1 cup of milk again and try and get a smooth consistency
  6. Add in about ½ tsp of cinnamon and a 1/3 cup of chia seeds – whisking until well combined and then pour them into containers.
  Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Bowl
  1. ¾ cup Activia Plain Probiotic Yogurt 
  2. Add a few tablespoons of granola, some toasted coconut, and a dusting of cinnamon
  3. Throw in that fresh apple
