INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups Frozen mango chopped
- 1 cup Activia Vanilla probiotic yogurt
- 3 cups Milk
- Hemp hearts Add the next morning
Banana Nut Butter Chia Pudding
- 2 tbsp Nut butter
- 1 cup Activia Plain Probiotic Yogurt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Chia seeds
Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Bowl
- 3/4 cup Activia Plain Probiotic Yogurt
- Granola sprinkle on top
- Toasted coconut sprinkle on top
- Cinnamon dusting
- Fresh apple chopped & sprinkle on top
METHOD
Mango Smoothie
- Toss in 3 cups of frozen chopped mango
- A cup of Activia Vanilla probiotic yogurt in the blender
- Add 3 cups of milk
- Blend it up and then the next morning right before you drink it add in some hemp hearts
Banana Nut Butter Chia Pudding
- Refrigerate for at least 30 mins and then add fresh banana slices, some blueberries and granola
- Take a medium mixing bowl and mash up a banana
- Mix in 2 tablespoons of nut butter
- 1 cup Activia Plain Probiotic Yogurt
- Mix in 1 cup of milk again and try and get a smooth consistency
- Add in about ½ tsp of cinnamon and a 1/3 cup of chia seeds – whisking until well combined and then pour them into containers.
Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Bowl
- ¾ cup Activia Plain Probiotic Yogurt
- Add a few tablespoons of granola, some toasted coconut, and a dusting of cinnamon
- Throw in that fresh apple
