METHOD
- Bring your pan to low heat and melt butter, when you see a soft fizzle add eggs. Bring cooked edges into the middle and add crab and kimchi in a even line through the middle. Season with salt and pepper.
- Softly fold the front edge in and roll omelette out of pan. Garnish with chives and serve.
