healthy oat flour pancakes with berries

Ingredients

1 cup
rolled oats
1
ripe banana, large
2
eggs
1/4 cup
almond milk
1 tsp
vanilla
1 tbsp
baking powder
pinch
salt

Instructions

  1. Add oats to blender and blend until flour is formed.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
  3. Let batter sit for 5-10min to thicken slightly before using.
  4. Grease pan with butter or coconut oil over medium heat. Once pan is heated, pour batter into rounds.
  5. Flip once top starts bubbling and bottom starts to golden roughly 2-3 min.
  6. Continue cooking other side till golden brown 1-2 minutes.
  7. Top with raw almond butter, maple syrup, banana slices and berries
