INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana large
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- pinch salt
METHOD
- Add oats to blender and blend until flour is formed.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend.
- Let batter sit for 5-10min to thicken slightly before using.
- Grease pan with butter or coconut oil over medium heat. Once pan is heated, pour batter into rounds.
- Flip once top starts bubbling and bottom starts to golden roughly 2-3 min.
- Continue cooking other side till golden brown 1-2 minutes.
- Top with raw almond butter, maple syrup, banana slices and berries
