Cinnamon raisin French toast lollipops

Ingredients

1 loaf
PC Extra Thick Cinnamon Raisin Bread
1 bottle
PC Amber Maple Syrup
6
eggs
1 splash
vanilla extract
1 tbsp
inching sugar
1/2 tbsp
icing sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1 tbsp
butter
1 tsp
flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Give your eggs a proper beating and add vanilla, icing sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Cut extra thick bread into even strips and soak in the egg mixture.
  3. Grab a large non-stick pan on medium heat and melt butter now softly brown all edges of egg bread.
  4. Remove skewer bread and drizzle with maple syrup. Garnish with flaky salt and icing sugar.
