INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
For berry scones
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 cup berries
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
For cheddar biscuits
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 425º F
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with a fork.
- Roll on icing sugar on a dusted surface. Pat and flip until you form a square approx. 8×8.
- Cut like a pizza into 8 triangles.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
