Homemade scones couldn't be any easier than this base recipe and two variations from Sandi Richard.

METHOD

  • Preheat oven to 425º F
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with a fork.
  • Roll on icing sugar on a dusted surface. Pat and flip until you form a square approx. 8×8.
  • Cut like a pizza into 8 triangles.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
