- 3 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 large carrots
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- handful spinach
- 3-4 ice cubes
METHOD
- Add all ingredients into blender
- Blend until smooth and enjoy.
