METHOD

Mornay

  1. In a small pot softly melt butter with flour, slowly add milk and whisk. Season and add grated gruyere.

Sandwich 

  1. Butter both sides of bread. In a large skillet toast both sides.
  2. Glaze inside with mustard, cheese and ham, bring the sides together for a perfect Croque Monsieur. 
  3. Top with a sunny side up egg.

Mimosas 

  1. Mix cava, orange juice and champagne.
