Breakfast muesli smoothie bowl

Start the day off right with fibre-filled strawberry banana smoothie bowl.

Ingredients

2
frozen very ripe bananas
1 cup (250 mL)
frozen strawberries
2/3 cup (150 mL)
quick-cooking rolled oats, divided
2 tbsp (30 mL)
ground flax seeds, and/or hemp seeds, divided
1 cup (250 mL)
plain yogurt
2 tsp (10 mL)
liquid honey

Instructions

  1. Blend bananas, strawberries, yogurt, rolled oats and honey together in a blender.
  2. Pour in bowl.
  3. Sprinkle rolled oats and flax seeds on top.
  4. Enjoy!
