INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz almond milk or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp chia seed
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp hemp seed raw, shelled
- 1 tbsp blueberries
- 1 tsp coconut unsweetened shredded (optional)
METHOD
- In a deep bowl, combine the milk, chia seeds, honey and vanilla. Stir until combined and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. You may want to stir the mixture a couple times while it’s in the fridge.
- When set, top with hemp seeds, blueberries and coconut.
