Banana creme pie overnight oats

Ingredients

1
banana
1 cup
rolled oats
1 cup
coconut milk
2 tbsp
maple syrup
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/4
coconut chips or flakes
1 tbsp
chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Slice half of the banana in thin rounds, and small dice the other half.
  2. Mix diced bananas, rolled oats, coconut milk, maple syrup and cinnamon together in a bowl, then divide in 2 mason jars.
  3. Top each jar with the sliced bananas, coconut flakes and chia seeds.
  4. Leave overnight in the fridge and enjoy in the morning!
