Ingredients

fresh salmon, diced
4 oz
dry scallops, diced

shrimps, cooked and diced

kiwi fruits, peeled and diced
1/2
mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup
tomato, chopped
2 tbsp
jalepeno, chopped
1 cup
red onions, julienne
2 tbsp
cilantro, chopped
3
limes, juice and zest
2 oz
tequila
Salt

Instructions

  1. Place all the seafood in a bowl and dress with the salt, tequila, lime juice and the lime zest. Mix well .
  2. Then add the onions, Jalapeño, red onions and the fruit. Mix well and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  3. Serve in a salt and spice rimmed frozen tequila glass lined with some shredded lettuce.
